In our mat class, we'll follow a tailored variation of Joseph Pilates' Return to Life Mat sequence. As a classical Pilates community, we'll mindfully work together to integrate the core Pilates principles into our practice with feedback from the instructor. Benefits of this practice include a stronger core, a balanced body & reduced muscle tension to name a few.

Meet the Instructor: Holly began her comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training in 2022 and has been teaching since its completion in 2023. Currently, she is studying for the National Pilates Certification Program Exam.
