This Monthly OM Chanting Circle will be offered on the 2nd Sunday of every month from 12:00 - 1:00pm

WHAT IS OM CHANTING? OM Chanting is a group healing technique that helps us to experience the divinity within our own self. We sit in a specially arranged circle and chant the mantra OM out loud for 45 min. Due to a blessing from spiritual Masters Paramahamsa Vishwananda and Mahavatar Babaji, OM Chanting generates a high vibration that releases our negativity, transforms it and showers us with positive energy. You're literally getting infused with the vibration of OM!

EXTRAORDINARY BENEFITS: The vibrational waves created by each circle strengthen the body's natural healing processes, help purify our aura and calm the mind. The generated positive vibration spreads out in a large radius, which creates a harmonious environment and unity between humans and nature. The OM continues to resonate in everyone who has participated even after the circle, allowing us to share Light wherever we go.

POSITIVE SHIFTS: OM Chanting is a way for us to commune with Divine, unconditional Love and to awaken our own divinity, which is very healing on all levels. It is very beneficial for Mother Earth.

OPEN TO EVERYONE: No previous experience is required. OM Chanting is not a faith-based practice, but all faiths are welcomed, as well as those who have no interest in spirituality. The only requirement is that you must be able to sit and repeatedly chant OM at your own pace for the entire duration of the circle (45 minutes). It goes by fast, so no worries!

WHAT TO BRING: Blankets, a chair or a bolster to sit on are available to borrow at the studio. It is recommended to bring water and dress in comfortable clothes.
