Tuesday, December 12th ( 5:45pm - 6:45pm )

Tis the season for giving and being with the ones we love. Sadly, this will not be possible for many of the brave service men and women who are deployed overseas this holiday season. A thoughtful care package with reminders of home can help to bring the holiday spirit into the hearts of those who are unable to be with family during this festive time of year.

Please join Instructor Nicole Gilbert for a 60min Vinyasa Yoga Class to benefit these men and women deployed overseas! To attend, please bring in 5 items to be included in a Holiday care package to be shipped to our deployed military in Afganistan. See the list of desirable, non perishable items below:

Body wash, Vics Vapo Rub, Lip balm, pain relieving topical cream, lens cleaning cloths, baby wipes, small bottles of glass cleaner, sunscreen, board games, books, hot sauce, taco bell sauce packets, water flavoring packets, hot cocoa, creamer, instant coffee, lemonaide, iced tea, energy bars, granola bars, tuna fish, gum, trail mix, dried fruit, beef jerkey, sunflower seeds, bottle of BBQ sauce.

Saturday, December 30th ( 5:00pm - 6:00pm ) $12pp

Let's end the year right! Come enjoy the sacred vibration of the gong and get what you need - be it relaxation, some peace and a quite mind, a pause and a press on the reset button, reflection and letting go, clarity, an open heart, more balance, rejuvenation, positivity, joy ... The healing sound of the gong will transport you in a different dimension where you'll be able to tap into what you need most. A prefect way to end the year.

A gong sound bath is a form of sound therapy where the gong is played in a specific way to bring about balance. Participants relax on the floor for about 45 min, laying down and covered with a blanket. Appropriate for everybody who is craving some deep rest, balance and a break from the ever-racing mind. Balancing on the physical, mental and emotional levels.

WHAT TO BRING? You want to make yourself as comfortable as possible! All props are provided at the studio, but since this class tends to fill up, please BRING YOUR OWN blanket and pillow. A bottle of water is recommended. Complimentary tea is offered at the studio.

*A Gong Bath is not recommended for pregnant women, people with sensitivity to sound or conditions such as Tinnitus, Menieres and Epilepsy, or people with metal Implants, pins, screws or pacemakers.
